Welcome to the Parents page
This page is intended to be the connection between our youth ministry and you. I know that schedules can be crazy and it can be difficult for you to stay informed with the youth group activities and events. It is my desire to be your partner as we work together to help equip your child to become a committed follower of Jesus Christ. It is my desire that God will be at the center of everything your teen does and that you and your teen can always be informed and involved in everything we do at Lakeside. As a potential help to you, as a parent, there are two sub-pages to this parent page one of which is a every other month parent newsletter that is filled with good stuff and the second is when I find articles that relate to things we have talked about or things that have helped others and were recommended to me I will post them on the second sub-page.
In an effort to help keep you informed we have developed this website and also a weekly email that is sent to every parent. This email is sent out to let you know all the things that are going on like events, mission’s trips, and other activities that we will be doing here at Lakeside. It is my prayer that we can get everyone of your teens involved here at Lakeside and that in their time here they would develop a close relationship with Jesus Christ and will be courageous and bold witnesses for him.
